Bandeirinha Trail is for intermediate to advanced rider, contains jumps, drops, roots and rock gardens.

The trail head is at the regional road access from Ribeira Grande to Lagoa do Fogo. It starts in a wide area and then into a single-track with manmade jumps and drops, a few meters ahead and you can choose from two different lines, one faster and easy to the right and one more slow, more steep and more technical to the left.

The trail continues in this conditions until you find two options, one to the left to more All-Mountain option and will finish on dirt road access to farmers field or the regional road.

In the second option you can continue going down on an easy smooth and flowy trail with a road gap in the middle, but you can go around it, after this you’ll enter once again on forest with rocks and roots to exit again to a trail near a farmers field with a couple jumps and finish on a wood bridge across a small stream.

The end of the trail is then in a little farmer’s field near a private road access to a quarry turn left and follow the road until you reach the regional road again.

Attention: This trail in the wet is very slippery and is advised to not ride it in those conditions, for your safety and for the trail health.
