This is a small church which is located at the bottom of a garden. Its walls are decorated with ceramic paintings. There is an alter at the end of the nave and its sanctuary has golden revivalism carvings.
It dates back to the 18th and 19th century. This chapels patron saint is Nossa Senhora da Ajuda.
